How can you use Aromatherapy without a diffuser?
The most effective way of using Aromatherapy is by direct application to your skin. Undiluted essential oils may be too strong to apply directly to your skin so ensure to dilute them to around a 3-5% dilution with your favourite carrier oil such as Sweet almond, Macadamia nut, Apricot Kernel or Jojoba. Almond oil is the lightest oil and great for massage, whilst Jojoba Oil is the most stable of the carrier oils (best shelf life), has a 2.5%
SPF and can be used to make your own essential oils perfumes!

Aromatherapy is a fantastic way to help relieve stress and anxiety. Either by using diluted essential oils in a diffuser and/or applying them directly to your skin or by massaging into either your temples, side of the neck or onto your chakras , the relaxing effects of essential oils can be experienced immediately. Anxiolytic essential oils include Lavender, Chamomile, Sandalwood, Neroli and Rose.
